The Black Rose, My HeartacheI feel it beat, with every throb brings pain As I get lost within this heartfelt prose Outside my window I spot a black rose Such ominous beauty makes my heart strain The petals of the rose gather the rain As rain fills the flower my hearts pain grows It spills over much like a tear that flows This mask I wear can only hide the stain Then she saw through my mask and my deep fears She removed all the thorns with her soft light My black rose stops bleeding those crimson tears Her purity brightened my hollowed night I hope our bond lasts throughout these tough years &nThe Black Rose, My Heartache
| In my free time (which has been at a premium lately), I'm the director of a Star Trek fan-fiction machinima miniseries. I also enjoy abstract photo editing, I've written poetry, and I recently tried my hand at .gif animations. Basically, if it's a form of media and it can be done with a computer, I'll try it. I guess the phrase "Jack of all trades, master of none" would be fairly appropriate. |
